Submission Of Application
The duly filled application form is to be submitted at the Academy’s counter at Lagos. In case the application form is filled and submitted via online after which you must have paid the enrollment fee of 15000 ,you bring your evidence of payment to our office and should in case you paid through bank deposit or bank transfer, you come along with your evidence of payment too.
Complete application forms must be sent along with the following:
- Duly filled and signed Application Form.
- Two identical photographs to be firmly pasted on the Application form.
- Bank Tellers or Demand Draft of N15000 in favour of “Elizunique Fashion Design.” payable at our designated Banks.

Plan your accommodation in Lagos as we don’t have hostels for our students at the moment,as our students will be informed as a soon as we come up with accommodation spaces for our students.
